The Peking Roast Duck is probably the most famous duck after Donald :) It is an extremely popular dish from northeastern China, and it is also known as Beijing Duck or Beijing Roast Duck. The history of this traditional dish goes back to the early 15th century, and became one of the favorites dishes of the Ming imperial family.
